Tortilla Roll-Ups Appetizer

These quick and easy tortilla roll-ups are perfect for a snack, appetizer, or light lunch. Filled with cream cheese, veggies, and your favorite deli meat, they’re a crowd-pleasing favorite!

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 slices cooked ham or turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Stir in the black olives, green onions, and bell pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Layer a slice of ham or turkey over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
  5. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the roll-ups to firm up.
  7. Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces.
  8. Arrange the roll-ups on a platter and serve.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or salsa.
