Homemade Sweet Chili Garlic Salmon on White Plate

Sweet Chili Garlic Salmon features tender, flaky salmon glazed with a vibrant, sweet chili and garlic sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and lime juice.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the sweet chili garlic sauce evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
  6. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with steamed jasmine rice and sautéed bok choy or your favorite greens.
