  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Fold in the chopped fresh strawberries and chia seeds.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours) to allow oats to soak and flavors to meld.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and add extra milk if desired for a creamier consistency.
  6. Top with additional fresh strawberries or a sprinkle of granola if desired, then serve chilled.
