These Spinach Garlic Meatballs offer a deliciously savory blend of tender meat, fresh spinach, and aromatic garlic, perfect for a wholesome and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Shape mixture into 1 to 1.5 inch meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove meatballs from skillet and drain on paper towels if needed.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of sauce or side dishes.

For extra moisture, serve these meatballs with a drizzle of marinara sauce or a side of creamy mashed potatoes.
