Celebrate the holidays with this festive Spinach Dip Christmas Tree, a creamy and flavorful appetizer perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (1 oz) vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Assorted colorful veggies for decoration (cherry tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, olives, carrots)
  • 1 large piece of pita bread or bread rounds for base

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine thawed and drained spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, and vegetable soup mix. Mix well.
  2. Fold in chopped water chestnuts, green onions, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. On a large serving platter, shape the spinach dip into a Christmas tree form.
  4. Decorate the tree with assorted colorful veggies to resemble ornaments.
  5. Use pita bread or bread rounds around the base to serve as crackers.
  6. Chill the dip for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For extra flair, add mini pretzel sticks as tree trunks or sprinkle some shredded cheddar for a festive color contrast.
