spinach artichoke dip

A creamy and flavorful spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for parties and gatherings, combining tender spinach and artichokes with rich cheeses and savory seasonings.

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley or serve with pita chips. This dip can also be made ahead and baked just before serving.
