  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken, chopped spinach, and artichoke hearts.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
