  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pretzel sticks, crackers, or vegetables, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Remove the cheese mixture from the refrigerator and shape it into a ball.
  5. Serve with pretzel sticks, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the bacon until crispy before crumbling. You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper for even more heat.
