Smores Bark

Delight in this easy-to-make Smores Bark, combining the classic flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and toasted marshmallows into a crispy, shareable treat.

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the graham cracker pieces evenly over the chocolate.
  5. Evenly distribute the mini marshmallows on top.
  6. Place the baking sheet under a broiler for 1-2 minutes, watch carefully to toast the marshmallows to a light golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt.
  8. Allow the bark to cool completely, then break into pieces and serve.

Notes

For a nutty twist, sprinkle chopped toasted almonds or peanuts on top before the marshmallows.
