This Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect appetizer for game day or any gathering! Creamy, cheesy, and packed with buffalo flavor, it’s a crowd-pleasing dip that’s easy to make and even easier to devour.

  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-2 hours, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through. Stir occasionally.
  4. Stir in green onions, if desired.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or use a hotter buffalo wing sauce. You can also top the dip with a sprinkle of blue cheese crumbles before serving.
