These Rotel cream cheese sausage balls are a flavorful and easy appetizer combining spicy Rotel tomatoes, creamy cheese, and savory sausage baked to golden perfection.

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground sausage and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and drained Rotel tomatoes.
  4. Add Bisquick baking mix and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
