A flavorful and easy-to-make Ranch Taco Party Bowl combining seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, and a creamy ranch dressing for the perfect festive meal.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a little water according to the package instructions. Simmer until beef is well coated and sauce is absorbed.
  3. In a large serving bowl, layer the cooked rice as the base.
  4. Top rice with seasoned ground beef, black beans, and corn kernels.
  5. Sprinkle cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, black olives, and green onions evenly over the bowl.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Ranch Taco Party Bowl!

Notes

For an extra kick, add sliced jalapeños or a dollop of sour cream. This bowl also pairs well with warm tortilla chips on the side.
