Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip

A creamy and flavorful Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip that combines tangy feta with the subtle sweetness of pumpkin, perfect as a festive appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta, pumpkin puree, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, and smoked paprika. Pulse until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
  3. Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For extra creaminess, chill the dip for 30 minutes before serving. It also pairs wonderfully with toasted bread or as a spread in wraps.
