Delicious Puff Pastry Brie Bites Appetizer

These easy puff pastry brie bites are the perfect appetizer for any party! Creamy brie cheese is baked in flaky puff pastry and topped with your favorite jam and chopped nuts for a sweet and savory treat.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup jam (apricot, raspberry, or fig)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or pistachios)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 16 equal squares.
  3. Place a brie cube in the center of each square.
  4. Top each brie cube with a small dollop of jam and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
  5. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg wash.
  6. Fold two opposite corners of each square towards the center, pinching to seal.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve these brie bites warm. For extra flavor, drizzle with honey after baking.
