  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen potstickers
  • 1 cup chopped bok choy
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Bring to a boil.
  3. Add frozen potstickers, bok choy, and carrots. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until potstickers are cooked through.
  4. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice before serving. You can also customize the vegetables based on your preference.
