  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and poppy seeds. Mix well.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
