  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping, divided
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and spread mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pistachio pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  4. Pour pudding over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  5. Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pistachios evenly on top before serving.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours to set before slicing and serving.
