Parmesan Potatoes

Crispy and flavorful Parmesan Potatoes baked to golden perfection, making a delicious side dish perfect for any meal.

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
  5. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until potatoes are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking, then pat dry thoroughly.
