No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Ready to Eat

This no-bake chocolate peanut butter pie is the ultimate easy dessert! A creamy peanut butter filling sits atop a chocolate cookie crust, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without turning on the oven.

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, plus more for drizzling
  • Peanut butter cups, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top of the pie.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanut butter cups, if desired.
