Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar, butter, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chopped pecans and shredded coconut.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate candy coating, ensuring it is fully covered.
  5. Place the dipped candies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
