  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until you get a thick, spreadable batter.
  3. Drop tablespoon-sized dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, then spread each dollop thinly into a chip shape, about 2 to 3 inches wide.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown and the chips become crisp.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet to firm up further.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
