A quick and flavorful dish combining instant noodles with rich egg, creamy butter, and aromatic garlic for a comforting meal any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant noodles
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot and cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Push the garlic butter to the side and crack the egg into the skillet. Scramble the egg gently until just cooked.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the egg and garlic butter.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, try adding a dash of soy sauce or chili flakes. You can also toss in some sautéed vegetables for added nutrition.
