These Halloween Oreo Brownie Bars are a spooky and delicious treat! Fudgy brownies are loaded with Halloween-themed Oreos for a festive and crowd-pleasing dessert.

  • 1 box (18.3 ounces) brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Halloween-themed Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • Optional: Halloween sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  7. Gently fold the Oreo pieces into the brownie batter.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  10. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
  11. Optional: Sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles before serving.

Notes

For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake them. They will continue to set as they cool. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra decadent treat!
