  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tub (16 oz) vanilla frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or round baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  9. Let the cookie cake cool completely in the pan before frosting.
  10. Once cooled, frost the cookie cake with vanilla frosting.
  11. Decorate with assorted Halloween candies and sprinkles.
  12. Slice and serve!

Notes
