These festive Halloween Blondies are a delicious and easy treat, perfect for parties or a spooky-themed dessert. Loaded with white chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Add salt and flour and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
