Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Crispy garlic parmesan potato wedges are a flavorful and easy-to-make side dish, perfect for snacking or pairing with your favorite meals.

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning to remove excess starch.
