This Garlic Parmesan Chicken features tender chicken breasts smothered in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce, perfect for a flavorful and easy dinner.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
