This Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf is a flavorful and healthy twist on classic meatloaf, combining lean ground chicken with rich Parmesan and aromatic garlic for a moist and savory main dish.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix ingredients well until fully combined but do not overmix.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top for a golden crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the meatloaf is cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra moisture and flavor, serve with a side of garlic mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables. You can also add fresh parsley on top before baking.
