This Garlic Herb Cheeseball is an easy and impressive appetizer perfect for parties or gatherings. Creamy, flavorful, and coated with fresh herbs and garlic, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser served with crackers or vegetables.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Crackers or vegetables, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, goat cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  5. Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, roll the cheeseball in additional chopped fresh herbs, if desired.
  7. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
