This Garlic Bread Wreath with Baked Brie is the perfect appetizer for your next gathering. Warm, cheesy brie is surrounded by flavorful garlic bread, creating a stunning and delicious centerpiece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel of brie cheese
  • Optional: Fig jam or honey, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  3. Unroll pizza dough and cut into 24 equal pieces.
  4. Dip each piece of dough into the garlic butter mixture, then arrange them in a wreath shape on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in the center for the brie.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. While the bread is baking, prepare the brie. If desired, score the top of the brie wheel lightly with a knife.
  7. Once the bread is baked, remove from oven and place the brie wheel in the center of the wreath.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  10. Optional: Drizzle with fig jam or honey before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a knife for spreading the brie onto the garlic bread. A sprinkle of red pepper flakes adds a touch of heat.
