Scale
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini candy-coated chocolates (M&M’s or similar)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat until combined.
  4. Stir in oats, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in candy-coated chocolates and chocolate chips if using.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and tops are slightly golden.

Notes

For an extra crunch, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking or swap candy-coated chocolates with dried fruit and nuts for a healthier twist.
