  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until well blended.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Sprinkle cooked bacon over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  6. Before serving, shred the chicken with two forks and mix well with the sauce in the crockpot.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and green onions over the top, and let it melt for a few minutes before serving.
