Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti, broken into pieces
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded chicken, broken spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and chili powder in the crockpot.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until spaghetti is tender.
  4. Stir well before serving and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese or chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of heavy cream or substitute cheddar with pepper jack cheese for a spicy twist.
