Crockpot BBQ Chicken

This Crockpot BBQ Chicken is a tender and flavorful dish slow-cooked to perfection, making it an easy and delicious meal ideal for busy weeknights.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Shred the chicken inside the crockpot with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
  6. Serve the BBQ chicken on buns, over rice, or alongside your favorite sides.
