Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Kaiser rolls, split and toasted
  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken breasts for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Carefully place chicken breasts in the hot skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While chicken is cooking, prepare the Caesar dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Spread Caesar dressing on the toasted Kaiser rolls.
  8. Place Romaine lettuce leaves on the bottom bun, followed by the crispy chicken breast.
  9. Top with the other half of the Kaiser roll and serve immediately.
