Peanut Sauce

A creamy and flavorful peanut sauce perfect for dipping, drizzling, or adding a rich nutty taste to your favorite dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  2. Add grated ginger and minced garlic; mix well.
  3. Gradually stir in warm water until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  4. If desired, add sesame oil and crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor and heat.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more crushed red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha sauce. This sauce pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, fresh vegetables, or as a noodle dressing.
