  • 1 cup small pasta shapes (e.g., ditalini, elbow macaroni)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, onion)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped vegetables and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
