This creamy cranberry whipped feta dip combines tangy feta cheese with sweet cranberries, perfect as a festive appetizer served with crunchy crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce (preferably whole berry)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
  • Assorted crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, milk, honey, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving bowl.
  4. Gently fold in 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce to create a marbled effect, reserving the rest for topping.
  5. Top the dip with remaining cranberry sauce and garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with assorted crackers or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For added texture, sprinkle chopped toasted pecans on top before serving or swap crackers with toasted baguette slices.
