  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, cranberries, egg, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and no longer pink inside.
  6. While the meatballs are baking, gently heat the cranberry sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
  7. Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan with the cranberry sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  8. Serve immediately.
