This Cranberry Jalapeño Dip combines tart cranberries with spicy jalapeño for a zesty and vibrant appetizer perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cranberries and jalapeño; pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add the cream cheese, honey, lime juice, and salt to the processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
