Cranberry Jalapeno Dip

This tangy and spicy Cranberry Jalapeno Dip combines fresh cranberries and jalapenos for a festive and flavorful appetizer perfect for gatherings and holiday parties.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the fresh cranberries and chopped jalapenos. Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.
  2. Add cream cheese, honey, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Blend again until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in the chopped green onions.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For added texture, sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts on top before serving. Adjust jalapeno amount for preferred spice level.
