Delicious Cranberry Brie Bites Appetizer

These Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect easy appetizer for holiday gatherings. Flaky puff pastry is topped with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce for a burst of flavor in every bite.

  • 1 sheet (14.1 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the puff pastry into 24 equal squares.
  4. Place the puff pastry squares onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Top each square with a cube of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  6. If desired, drizzle a small amount of honey over the cranberry sauce.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.

Notes

For a festive touch, sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts over the brie and cranberry sauce before baking. Serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
