Cinnamon Apple Grape Salad

A refreshing and naturally sweet salad combining crisp apples, juicy grapes, and a hint of warm cinnamon for a perfect healthy snack or side dish.

  • 2 cups apples, diced (about 2 medium apples)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples and halved grapes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice until well blended.
  3. Pour the cinnamon dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the salad for added crunch.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour.

Notes

For a creamier variation, add a dollop of Greek yogurt or a sprinkle of shredded coconut to enhance the flavors.
