A festive and indulgent Christmas Cookie Lasagna layers soft sugar cookies, creamy frosting, and rich chocolate chips for a delightful holiday dessert everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 24 soft sugar cookies
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes (optional)
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Lay 8 sugar cookies in the bottom of a 9×9 inch dish to form the first layer.
  4. Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookies.
  5. Sprinkle one-third of the mini chocolate chips and crushed candy canes over the cream layer.
  6. Repeat the layering process two more times, ending with the cream mixture on top.
  7. Top with whipped topping and garnish with extra chocolate chips or candy canes as desired.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  9. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
