  • 4 cups red seedless grapes, washed and halved
  • 4 cups green seedless grapes, washed and halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the halved red and green grapes to the cream cheese mixture and gently fold until grapes are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the grape mixture to a serving bowl, shaping it into a mound.
  4. In a small bowl, mix chopped pecans (or walnuts) with brown sugar.
  5. Sprinkle the nut and brown sugar mixture evenly over the grape salad mound.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld and topping to set.

Notes
