Homemade Cheesy Rotel Sausage Balls

These cheesy Rotel sausage balls are the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack. Made with sausage, cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and Bisquick, they’re easy to make and incredibly delicious.

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, Rotel, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
