  • 1 box (7.5 oz) Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine breakfast sausage, cheddar bay biscuit mix, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Add milk and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
  7. Brush the tops of the sausage balls with the butter mixture.
