Sweet and savory Candied Kielbasa Bites combine smoky kielbasa with a sticky brown sugar glaze, perfect for appetizers or party snacks.

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: toothpicks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place kielbasa slices in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the brown sugar mixture evenly over the kielbasa, tossing gently to coat.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the glaze is bubbly and caramelized.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving with toothpicks.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the glaze for a subtle kick.
