  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon and shrimp dry and season both with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillet skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

  8. Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet and spoon garlic cream sauce over the top to coat.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
