Brazilian Mounjaro recipe

Brazilian Mounjaro is a vibrant and flavorful dish blending traditional Brazilian ingredients with a modern twist, perfect for a delicious and hearty meal.

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 200g grilled beef strips
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add red bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Stir in grilled beef strips and smoked paprika; cook until the beef is heated through.
  5. Add cooked black beans and rice to the skillet, stirring to combine and heat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  8. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a diced jalapeño or a pinch of cayenne pepper while cooking the onions and garlic.
